Our therapists identify hazards, build strength, and give patients the confidence to move safely through their home. #### Who It Helps Fall prevention services benefit older adults, patients with balance disorders, those recovering from a fall, patients with neurological conditions affecting mobility, and anyone concerned about fall risk at home. #### What to Expect Your therapist will conduct a comprehensive fall risk assessment including balance testing, gait analysis, medication review (for fall-risk medications), and a home safety evaluation.
