Ability Home Health & Hospice provides Medicare and Medicaid certified home health and hospice care services across Northern Utah. Our services include skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical social work, home health aide services, hospice care, and pain management. All services are subject to eligibility requirements and availability.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Ability Home Health & Hospice Messaging Program
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Ability Home Health & Hospice, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages related to your inquiry, care coordination, appointment reminders, and service information. Message types may include:
- Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
- Care coordination and follow-up messages
- Responses to your inquiries and consultation requests
- Service information and updates
Opt-Out Instructions:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode or phone number from which you received the message. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability:
